FULL-SERVICE ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

Architectural
Vision Redefined

Ground-up and rehabilitation work across multifamily and affordable housing, hospitality, and commercial interiors. Coordinated in BIM to prevent surprises on site, scanned with LiDAR so renovations are estimated accurately, and overseen by our principals start to finish.

SCROLL
Track 1 — generatable

Aspect ratio wide, ~3:2 — fills a 140px-tall tile; .jpg, min 1200px wide

Prompt

Low-angle photo of a mid-rise multifamily building under construction, exposed structural steel and concrete deck visible, a tower crane partially in frame against an overcast sky. Documentary construction-photography style, natural light.

Negative prompt

legible text, logos, signage, or watermarks; visible human faces; HDR oversaturation or unnatural color grading; a specific identifiable real building, project, or person; vehicles; construction debris or mess; harsh direct sunlight or lens flare; a staged/posed feel

Reference images to pull: job-site progress photos from any active multifamily project in the Drive, if using image-to-image instead of a blank prompt.

Multifamily & Development
Ground-up construction and rehabilitation for developers who need drawings that hold up in the field. Coordinated in BIM from day one to eliminate surprise change orders and protect the pro forma.

Track 1 — generatable

Aspect ratio wide, ~3:2 — fills a 140px-tall tile; .jpg, min 1200px wide

Prompt

Interior photo of a finished commercial retail or restaurant fit-out, warm ambient lighting, clean modern finishes, wide angle showing ceiling/millwork/flooring coordination.

Negative prompt

legible text, logos, signage, or watermarks; visible human faces; HDR oversaturation or unnatural color grading; a specific identifiable real building, project, or person; a generic stock-photo restaurant look; harsh fluorescent lighting

Reference images to pull: finished-space photography from any commercial/hospitality project in the Drive, if using image-to-image.

Commercial & Hospitality
Tenant fit-outs and commercial interiors for national brands and franchisees, coordinating brand review and municipal or DOB approvals in parallel instead of in sequence.

Track 1 — generatable

Aspect ratio wide, ~3:2 — fills a 140px-tall tile; .jpg, min 1200px wide

Prompt

Exterior photo of a modest, well-detailed multifamily or rowhouse building with visible high-performance envelope cues — continuous insulation lines, triple-pane windows, minimal thermal bridging at balconies. Overcast, even daylight.

Negative prompt

legible text, logos, signage, or watermarks; visible human faces; HDR oversaturation or unnatural color grading; a specific identifiable real building, project, or person; generic "green building" clichés (leaf icons, filler solar-panel close-ups); fabricated certification badges or logos

Reference images to pull: any certified or high-performance project's exterior photography in the Drive, if using image-to-image.

Affordable Housing & Sustainability
High-performance and affordable housing designed to LEED and PHIUS standards, delivering healthier, lower-cost spaces without sacrificing design quality.

THE PRACTICE

Architects & Designers

PUR4 Studios is a full-service architecture and design firm licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, led by principals Jeremy Riback, RA, LEED AP BD+C, and Emmanuel Aydin. Every project is modeled in BIM and scanned with LiDAR from day one, and overseen by our principals start to finish, not handed off after design. We combine that technical rigor with design instinct to create places that perform as well as they look.

Meet the Studio
Track 1 — generatable

Aspect ratio full-bleed width, 400px tall, loopable, under 15 seconds, .mp4

Prompt

Static, locked-off camera on a tripod, wide shot of a building's exterior corner filling the frame with generous sky negative space above. Shot as if on a full-frame cinema camera, 35mm equivalent lens, f/5.6 for even edge-to-edge sharpness — no shallow depth of field, no vignette. Over the duration of the clip, the entire image dissolves from a clean steel-teal (#3d5a6c) coordination-model wireframe — visible structural grid lines and MEP routing rendered as thin glowing lines against black — into a fully photoreal facade: board-formed concrete with visible form-tie marks, a glass curtain wall with warm interior light just visible behind it, brushed steel mullions. The dissolve is the only motion in the frame. Even overcast daylight on the photoreal end state, flat neutral sky. Loop point: end frame fades back to start over the last half-second.

Negative prompt

legible text, logos, signage, or watermarks; visible human faces; HDR oversaturation or unnatural color grading; a specific identifiable real building, project, or person; vehicles; camera shake; a "sci-fi hologram" wireframe look; warped geometry mid-transition; visible seams between wireframe and photoreal states; lens flare or a visible sun

Needs a video-generation tool (image-only nodes can't produce this). Stronger option: seed the wireframe stage with a real exported Revit coordination view (structural + MEP + envelope layers) or a LiDAR point-cloud capture as image-to-image reference instead of an invented wireframe shape — real BIM geometry reads as more convincing technical proof.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

“Every building is a promise to the people who will use it. We build ours on precision, not guesswork.”
