Studio

PUR4 Studios is a full-service architecture and design firm licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Founded by two best friends, Jeremy Riback, RA, LEED AP BD+C, and Emmanuel Aydin, our leadership brings over 20 years of combined experience navigating and coordinating complex projects across all three markets, from 879 to 297,703 square feet.

Prior to establishing PUR4, Jeremy and Emmanuel managed an expansive portfolio of NYC projects, including ground-up construction, mixed-use developments, real estate ventures, and high-profile tenant fit-outs. The firm operates entirely in-house using BIM, LiDAR scanning, and dedicated visualization capacity.

Preserve the real space and people exactly as photographed — do not alter layout, people, or identifiable details.

This is PUR4's actual studio space, not generic chrome — it needs a real photo before any Magnific step can run. No amount of reference material substitutes for that; a generated stand-in would misrepresent the real place.
