Situated adjacent to a wetland and riparian zone, the development incorporates a dedicated riparian buffer zone to protect the natural ecosystem, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

Tenant Suites

The building features five tenant suites, each designed with expansive, insulated storefront glazing to maximize natural daylight and visibility. The exterior walls contain continuous insulation to enhance the building's thermal performance, blending durability and aesthetics through a combination of thin brick and wood paneling. Individual tenant entrances are defined by sleek canopies equipped with linear downlights and up-lit wall sconces, creating a warm and inviting streetscape.
